So I am was looking at a ticker, CNSL.. It is paying a .38 dividend, the goes exdate on 7/12… The price is down like 5% today and maybe a 3% on Friday.. On average, only a couple hundred thousand shares a day move a day.. Why the big sell off right before the ex-date..? I would think the shares would be going the other way. What am I missing here?
